Bio

Kai is a senior mechanical engineering student, and is the leader of thethermodynamics team for the Hyperloop project. He will graduate in the Spring of 2017, and will continue his education next year by pursuing his Master’s degree in mechanical engineering at UCSB. He is interested in the biomedical device and sustainable energy industries. He has interned at a commercial design company called Lifestyle Design, and a medical device company called Vascular BioSciences. He is originally from the Bay Area, and enjoys hiking and skiing.
