We’ve created an affordable solution: a therapy vest that costs just 3% of the current price—less than $500. Powered by $10 eccentric rotating mass motors and built with an open-source design, this vest isn’t just affordable—it’s accessible. The PulmonERI vest houses these vibratory motors inside a 3D printed pod which transmits the cyclic force directly to the patient’s chest. Additionally, the vest actually emulates a harness design, allowing for adjustable straps and comfortable positioning of the pods. With the our device, we’re not just lowering the cost of care—we’re expanding the reach of life-saving therapy to those who need it most.
