Programmable Logic Controller is an industrial computer that is used for controlling automation

manufacturing processes or any automation systems. However, they are often expensive and

require a decent amount of learning process. PiLC’s goal is to develop a low-cost PLC using a

Raspberry pi 4 as the core and a touch screen monitor to display the Human Machine Interface,

allowing an effortless environment to interact with the hardware. In order to combat electrical

noises caused from industrial manufacturing devices, noise filters and faraday cage will be

utilized to meet minimal industrial noise-proof requirements.
