Bio

Yubin Liu is one Mechanical Engineering student with a strong devotion to this field. He spent four years studying at UCSB and will graduate in Spring 2017. He has passion for his field because of the great mechanical creations and designs in the world. Last year, he worked in an interdisciplinary team for the SONOS COM. project. He chose to participate in the SONOS project to learn teamwork and get close to the real industrial world of engineering. He developed strong skills in FEA and acoustic analysis through this project. He dreams of improving upon these FEA skills in the future, as well as developing more robotic skills, and continuing to further his research career in mechanical engineering.
