Description

The goal of the Altair ZenPad is to create a massage experience that can be controlled remotely by an application on a user’s phone or tablet. The massage pad will be wireless, rechargeable, and portable to allow storage with ease. The user will be able to control the 8x6 array of motors on the user interface either through a pre-programmed library of massages or by personally selecting blocks of motors which will activate in real time. The motors will have different levels of intensity and speed so that the user can create a specific experience catered to their needs.  Similar products don’t offer the customization that the ZenPad will provide through the phone application and have to be plugged in to a wall outlet in order to operate. The ZenPad will have a competitive advantage in customizability and portability that will reach a wider consumer audience compared to other traditional vibrational massage pads.
