An autonomous VTOL drone for wildfire fuel mapping and active fire monitoring. It surveys rugged, road-less terrain and captures high-resolution data on vegetation density, fuel load, and canopy structure, giving fire agencies coverage that ground surveys are too slow to provide and satellites too coarse to match. During a fire, it provides continuous thermal and RGB mapping that tracks how the fire is behaving and where it's spreading. All data feeds into Nova Maps, which turns the raw scans into clear maps of fuel buildup, high-risk areas, and fire perimeters to support controlled burns, defensible space planning, and crew deployment. The result is one system that covers both sides of the problem: assessing fuel before a fire and tracking it during one.
